Our dog, Stanley, stayed at Larkholme for the first time this weekend. We left our dog with the knowledge he would be well looked after, as I had previously had an appointment to look around the premises and was very impressed with what they offer. I was impressed to learn that there are always 3 members of staff on-site. The day we come back from our getaway saw severe floods hit many parts of Herefordshire, Claire was flexible in allowing my parents to pick Stanley up, outside of their normal opening times, before the floods got too bad. Thank you, we received a very happy dog when we finally made it home. We have found our new kennels of choice! William

If you want peace of mind for your pup, this is the place. There may be cheaper options, but all of the staff here fill us with confidence that our little guy is well looked after. The daily photos allow us to check in, and he always appears to be enjoying his holiday as much as we are our own.

Clare and family have created a fantastic place for pet holidays. Our girls have stayed multiple times and always enjoy their stay. The Facebook photos during their stay show us the girls having fun. When we pick them up it is clear that they are healthy, happy, and have had a fantastic time. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic service. We have used Larkeholme for the past 8 years, now under new owners the last few years has been a huge improvement. They care so much about our dog, he has an amazing time and can’t get into the place quick enough when we take him. We would 1100% recommend them to anyone 👏👏👏😃😃😃

Our cat stayed for 9 days with Larkholme for the first time while we were on holiday and it was great. They were very professional, very friendly. It was obvious they were going to make a fuss of him during his stay. You are allocated a specific drop off/pick up time which makes it very relaxed for your pet. He came away with a very nice goodie bag when we picked him up. Have already booked him in again for two weeks in the summer.

Herbie our 11 month old Boxer appears to have loved his two night stay. First time for Herbie, but we have used Larkholme for a number of years. There's since been a change of ownership and I still wouldn't use anywhere else.

Our 2 Papillons have stayed here twice, they absolutley loved it. They were very happy and looking smart when we picked them up. They had been looked after very well indeed. The owners and staff are lovely and very helpful, would not send our dogs anywhere else. Also the daily photo updates on Facebook put your mind at rest when you are away, you can see how happy they are.

The first time we've used Larkholme and after the boys (2 Rotties) stay of six days I can highly recommend. The initial booking in and information given about their care and stay was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We dropped the off the boys and immediately felt at ease. Daily photos of the dogs and cats were posted and all having fun playing, they came home happy and clean with a little treat bag. This is the best kennels we have used in Hereford, couldn't be happier. Boys booked in again for their next little break. Big Thank you to everyone at Larkholme.

Amazing owners who do know how to look after German Shepherds. We have two. They are amazing with them and caring. Would highly recommend for all dogs and cats. We have used them for every holiday. They give us comfort and peace of mind, knowing our dogs and two cats are in a safe and friendly holiday home.
