Have happily used Fertile Fibre for many years with good results but very disappointed to find lots of coir chunks in their seed compost this year. Had to sieve them out to be able to sow seeds. Not the quality product I was expecting ☹️

What splendid service; I ordered a 10 L bag of Potting Compost on Monday 2 May (Bank Holiday) got acknowledgement of my order by return, notified that it is being ready for shipping on the following day (Tuesday) and receive it on the following day (Wednesday). I've been buying peat-free compost since the 1990s, and Fertile Fibre is the only one I've found that is consistently excellent quality year after year. Service is superb - when I order one afternoon I receive it the next morning! No delivery charge. It's not cheap, but it's much cheaper than some competitors. And the discount for bulk buying on the stuff I get starts at just 2 bags and goes all the way up to 50%, so if you can buy a load with fellow allotment holders/neighbours/family etc you can you get it really cheap. Peat free compost brands come and go every season - there's a reason why FF is still around.

Excellent service and good prices. Ordered a 16l bag of Potting Loam compost at 20:10 (after the office had closed) on the 2nd Jan and received it by APC overnight service at 11:07 on the 4th. Brilliant, and an ideal supplier for the keen amateur and professional gardener alike.
