Good morning Allpay limited has taker £77.00 from my account and prior to that I have never dealt with this company. Can anyone explain to me this payment. If they regulated by FCA, I am forced to file a report. Many thanks

Have used these for years with no problems. Unfortunately just lately payments don't go through straight away, conformation emails aren't sent and customer service isn't brilliant.

Got E-maill from this company stating they will be using my e-mail address for correspondence regarding a relatives direct debits I have never had any contact with this company or agreed to this On contacting them they dismissed my enquiry and suggested I ring a telephone number I suspect some freudulent activity has happened

ALL PAY COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! Been using the app for years. My payment got declined payed again and check my bank statement they took out two payments and only emailed me one confirmation receipt. THIS IS FRAUD TAKING PAYMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

Constantly being locked out of our direct debit portal so we cannot update our customer payments. AllPay have managed to make their systems unusable! Bit of a joke really. Another 30 minutes wasted on hold again to the support team. Get your act together AllPay.

Allpay is a bad joke. Twice over the past Month there have been problems paying my rent online with Allpay. Resulting in Phone calls, voice messages and even a note pushed through my door by my landlords wanting to know why i havent paid my rent. Very stressful and even more annoying.

I have been using ALLPAY weekly for a few years with no problems. But not anymore, I get errors all the time. On the app and online. I have contacted my bank and there is no problem their end. This is one message I get often. We are currently experiencing high call volumes; if you make a payment and are unsure whether it was processed, please check your bank statements before making any further payments.

Thanks to allpay I am now in rent arrears!!!! pay every Friday on time but due to system maintenance has been down all weekend said till 10pm Sunday it’s been a hour still can’t get on! So I now have the hassle of explaining to my landlord why I haven’t made payment on time which I have religiously paid never missed a payment!!!!

Used to be reasonably easy to use and was reccomending it to others. May have to reconsider that after today's experience, cannot remove my old bank card, or properly read my history. No point using it if two really needed bits are useless and frustrated that you think that I do not have a English account either. So not happy.
